Doc Eden is preparing the land where she will plant her seedlings during the tree-growing activity at Barangay Polo, Banga, Aklan.

BANGA, Aklan – For Doc Eden the month of August started with a monitoring of ATI Accredited Learning Site, Bubbles Integrated Farm, at Barangay Bula, Mambusao, Capiz and proceeded to Dingle, Iloilo for the turn-over of BAHW Kit and Artificial Insemination (A.I) to its barangay recipients. In the following day, she visited the 3R Farm with Dr. Enrico P. Garzon, Asst. Secretary for Livestock Operations and Dr. Ruth M. Sonaco of ATI-NLP at Barangay Palampas, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.

She then led the Commission on Audit (COA) Cash Examination last August 6 to 8, 2019 at her office and the Center’s planning workshop for FY2020 last August 19, 2019 at the ATI Region 6’s Training Hall. Three days after, she attended the closing program to confirm the graduates of the Training on Corn Based Feed Processing Formulation at Nesta’s Hilltop Hotel, Roxas City, Capiz.

After which, she flew to La Breza Hotel, Mother Ignacia Avenue, Quezon City last August 26, 2019 to attend the Demystifying Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF) that ran until August 28, 2019.

She hurriedly went home to lead the launching of Training on Climate Change Awareness and Environmental Protection: “Pagkabaeaka sa 4Ks: Kagueangan, Kabukiran, Kaeanasan ag Katunggan” Program and to join the Tree growing activity at Polo, Banga, Aklan last August 29, 2019. In the afternoon, she gave an inspiring message during the closing program of Training on Financial Management and Entrepreneurial Skills Development for Abaca Farmers in the Center’s Training Hall.

She closed the month by taking part on the National Corn and Cassava Achievers Awards 1st NSC-NTWG/AdHoc meeting at Seda Hotel, Iloilo City.
