ATI 02 awards AI sa Barangay Project
Quezon, Nueva Vizcaya. Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) continued its services but strictly following the protocol of the Inter-agency Task Force.
The ATI in Region 02 turned over the Artificial Insemination (AI) sa Barangay Project to De Vera AI Center at Darubba, Quezon, Nueva Vizcaya.

Aside from disseminating information, education and communication (IEC) materials on Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF) and rice technology updates, flipchart on palaycheck system were packaged, reproduced and distributed to farm schools conducting the modified farmers’ field school.

Before the implementation of the enhanced community quarantine, the evaluators of the Gawad Saka was able to conduct evaluation of the regional entries for the search for outstanding rural improvement club (RIC).
Guillermo urges staff to do home gardening even before the ECQ
Even before the enhanced community quarantine because of the corona virus disease (COVID-19), Center Director Imelda Guillermo of the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) in Region 02 is always encouraging staff to establish their own home garden. “Walk the talk”.
