KORONADAL CITY, SOUTH COTABATO- The Activity Center of KCC Mall of Marbel became a grand setting for learning as 130 participants flocked and participated during the conduct of Free Seminar on Hydroponics last April 15, 2019.
The Free Seminar on Hydroponics was conducted in support to the Presidential Proclamation 469 which declares the month of April as the Filipino Food Month.

MIDSAYAP, North Cotabato- It was just a dream for an 80-year old farmer, Ms Socorro Garduque, for her farm to be accredited as a Learning Site for Agriculture (LSA). Now, it has come into reality.
“Matagal ko talaga itong pinangarap”, she said with teary eyes. “No one can really replace the beauty of farming”, she added.
The Financial Literacy Training continues with its third batch of training for farmers in Lanao del Sur. It was held in Payag ni Dowa, Western, Wao, Lanao del Sur, with 48 farmers in attendance last April 11-12, 2019.
The Financial Literacy Training conducted by the Agricultural Training Institute XII (ATI-RTC XII) took its second batch of training to Lanao del Sur where 57 farmers participated in the two-day training held in Payag ni Dowa, Western, Wao, Lanao del Sur on April 11-12, 2019.
As organic practitioners and enthusiasts continue to gain in numbers, more traditional farmers are going back to natural ways of farming and production for a sustainable agricultural production venture.

BAGUMBAYAN, Sultan Kudarat- Joining the consortium of Learning Sites for Agriculture (LSA) in Region XII is the newly launched Feta Farm. Situated at Barangay South Sepaka, this farm has a total land area of 10 hectares. Six hectares are intended for poultry-raising with the integration of other crops and animals. While the other four hectares are for the rice and corn production.
KABUNTALAN, Maguindanao - A total of 120 farmers from the Municipality of Kabuntalan, Maguindanao has received farm inputs as part of the support from JICA-LIFT UP. The farmers from the selected four barangays of this municipality underwent a 4-month training on Climate Smart Farmer’s Field School (CSFFS) which was focused on rice production.

Started as a private educational institution, the B.E.S.T. College of Polomolok, Inc.- Tupi Campus has just received an accreditation from ATI-RTC XII as LSA.
