KORONADAL CITY- The management and staff of ATI-RTC XII ended the blissful 2019 with a fun-filled Year-end Assessment, Christmas Party and Team Building Activity on December 19-20, 2019 at The Farm at Carpenter Hill, Koronadal City.
On the first day, the Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit presented the center’s consolidated accomplishment for 2019. Also, good practices and problems encountered were reviewed to draw lessons and generate new strategies.
In the evening, ATI XII employees and staff dressed with colourful hawaiian attire and painted with vibrant smiles revel in the activities prepared during the Christmas Party. It was indeed a celebration of bond and harmony that everyone will remember.
Along with the celebration is honoring the more or less 35 years of valuable government service rendered by our Administrative Officer IV, Ms Marilyn B. Gimena as she farewells from stress and welcomes more prolific years for herself and family.
Day 2 tests sportsmanship of employees and staff in the games organized by the PMEU. It has not only stimulated teamwork but also built deeper friendships among new and old members of the family.
Moreover, exchanging of simple but sincere gifts happened in the afternoon of December 20. Center Director Abdul I. Daya-an, in his closing message, expressed his wish that the activities may have brought joy and inspiration to all employees and staff to work more vigorously in the year 2020.
