Ms. Maria Lydia Adviento-Echavez, the OIC Center Director of ATI-RTC X has been with the Agricultural Training Institute since 1988. She rose from the ranks, starting as Information Officer II, Training Specialist II then Training Specialist III before her appointment as Training Center Superintendent I.
