Center staff gets MWAH

MWAH was not the kiss we received in our cell phones.  The MWAH we had brought laughter and joy that warmed our hearts.  It inspired us to make a difference and be good news. 

On January 15 and 16, we strengthened our bonds and teamwork through the Management With A HEART (Healthy Environment for Agricultural and Rural Transformation) seminar at Sabin Resort Hotel in Ormoc City.

Management with a Heart is a revolutionary strategy that internationally-recognized management experts have proven to work in bringing out the best in people by creating a healthy environment, not only physically, but emotionally, psychologically, morally and spiritually, where each one is respected, trusted and valued, thus inspiring all to aim higher for the organization and its clients.

Prof. Renato Jose Maria V. Molano of the De La Salle University inspired staff in embracing the principles in managing oneself and others with a heart through games, group dynamics, stories and lecture. His dynamism and passion is contagious. He is a five-time outstanding teacher awardee of De La Salle University - Manila and has been actively involved in giving talks and seminar-workshops around the country.

Adding to the fun was the grouping of staff into competing teams in playing wordles, charade, pinoy henyo, word jumble, common sense and many others that tested the teams' IQ, EQ and TQ.  Green team topped.  The purple team snatched the 2nd place which had been held by the blue team not until the final round and there were three other teams who followed.
