1st batch YAFP scholars graduated

Sixteen scholars of ATI under the Youth in Agriculture and Fisheries Program for school years 2009-2013 made it to the 35th graduation rites of the Naval State University-Biliran campus on March 25, 2013.

YAFP scholars present achievements

Ormoc City, Leyte. In the scenic Sabin Beach Resort, 29 recipients of the Youth in Agriculture and Fishery Program (YAFP) scholarship presented their accomplishments in the first semester of School Year 2012-2013 on November 28-29, 2012.

Sec. Alcala visits Region 8

Naval, Biliran -- Sec. Proceso J. Alcala visited the province of Biliran on May 31, 2012 to the delight of the local officials and their constituents headed by Congressman Rogelio J. Espina and Governor Gerardo J. Espina.

Almost 3,000 attend 4H congress in Biliran

Close to 3,000 4H club members convened on April 13 for the 4H Congress in the province of Biliran. The annual congress served to prepare the 4Hers for the Regional Farm Family Forum that will take place this year in Alang-alang, Leyte on April 28-29.  The youths harnessed their potentials in singing, extemporaneous speaking, dancing, painting and cooking.  They reviewed the principles and values of the club and had fun that strengthened their camaderie and teamwork.

ATI offers scholarship

The ATI through its Expanded Human Resource Development Program (EHRDP) implements capability development programs to its staff and clientele to ensure better delivery of services.

The Institute has signed Memorandum of Agreements with state universities and colleges for the implementation of the ERHDP where ATI extends financial assistance to students either in the doctoral or master's degree.
