Governance

For quality governance in extension, we continue to cultivate a sense of commitment and teamwork among us to ensure utmost transparency, accountability and partnership in operations and to guarantee client-oriented, gender sensitive, demand-driven, cost effective, proactive, and participatory interventions.

We do participatory planning and mobilize a core group to take the lead in institutionalizing the process of monitoring and evaluation of extension projects in the region with the end in view of ensuring relevance toward making farming productive and profitable for the farmers and fishers.

Our staff professional enhancement program include scholarship grants to pursue degree programs, participation in trainings, and involvement in extension projects and activities of partner agencies.

Our center enhances staff productivity by providing better work environment, and improved facilities and equipment. With this, our staff are able to efficiently and effectively carry their responsibilities.
