Over the years, ATI has observed and documented success stories among its clients as a result of its Extension programs. These success stories are living proof of the Institute’s undying effort to provide an improved and proactive extension service to the agriculture sector.

 A “nagagit” (Ilocano for industrious)  farmer,  simple family man, and successful  agripreneur, that’s  Mang Tomy.
Ed is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Agriculture at Central Luzon State University in 1985. After graduation, he landed a job in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia where he worked in a vegetable and poultry farm.  There, he met his lovable wife, Rosella, who was then working as physical therapist.  Love was developed between them and decided to settle down when they had their vacation in 1990.
