Cabagan, Isabela. The Techno Gabay program of the Philippine Council for Agriculture Resources Research and Development (PCARRD) is proven to be an effective modality in delivering extension services, thus, it will soon be institutionalized to the local government units based on Executive Order 801, encouraging local government units to adopt the Techno Gabay in their agricultural extension programs.
