With the result of the series of trainings and meetings with the Municipal Agriculturists in the region, they were able to revive and strengthen their organization – the League of the Municipal and City Agriculturist of the Philippines (LEMCAP), Region 2 Chapter. In fact, their first quarter meeting was held in February 24-25, 2011 at the Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center (ATI-RTC 02) San Mateo, Isabela.

For a couple of years of implementing the fund assistance program for the 4H club, Region 2 now has 24 4H clubs provided with augmentation fund by the Agricultural Training Institute- Regional Training Center (ATI-RTC). Infact, Hon. Prospero J. Alcala, DA Secretary will award an augmentation fund assistance amounting to fifty thousand pesos (P50,000) to a group of 4H clubs in the province of Isabela on February 23, 2011 during the launching of the Pilot Convergence Area for Sustainable Rural Development at the Faustino L.
