The Essence of a True Leader and Building a Team Instilled to 4H Campers

CABAGAN, Isabela. As part of the activities of the Regional Summer Youth Camp, campers were given lecture on leadership and team building during the second day. Dr. Corazon dela Cruz, dean of the College of Accountancy of the St. Paul University, Tuguegarao City, shared her leadership experiences.

Dr. dela Cruz helped the participants to define what is a true leader, tactics to be an effective leader and different types of leadership.
“A true leader is somebody that can simply do the right thing. A true leader inspires others to work hard and serves his/her people.” Dr. dela Cruz said.

‘A good leader is a good follower.’ I. Antonio, and Kristile Joyce Degamo.

Participants were all very interested of the lecture conducted during the youth camp on April 18-21, 2017 at ATI-RTC 02 Cabagan Center, Cabagan, Isabela.
