Be a farmer-extensionists! You just have to be a model farmer spearheading the use of new technologies; have atleast a hectare of demonstration farm to showcase the said new technologies to your co-farmers and to prove certain technology through further trials; has strong leadership qualities; and accessible and available anytime.
