To establish venue for sharing experiences among the youth, the Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center (ATI-RTC) once again conducted a two-day Regional Farm Family Forum last April 14-15, 2011. With a theme "4H is moving towards food security and food sufficiency", the forum aimed to share experiences of successful youth leaders who are hall of fame achievers; showcase inherent talents and skills of the youth; and recognize their contribution in agricultural development.

For a couple of years of implementing the fund assistance program for the 4H club, Region 2 now has 24 4H clubs provided with augmentation fund by the Agricultural Training Institute- Regional Training Center (ATI-RTC). Infact, Hon. Prospero J. Alcala, DA Secretary will award an augmentation fund assistance amounting to fifty thousand pesos (P50,000) to a group of 4H clubs in the province of Isabela on February 23, 2011 during the launching of the Pilot Convergence Area for Sustainable Rural Development at the Faustino L.
Cabagan, Isabela. The young farmer-participants of the 10-day Orientation Course on Entrepreneurship were inspired by Underserecretary Joel Rudinas of the Department of Agriculture (DA) as guest speaker during the closing ceremonies.
