San Mateo, Isabela.  It is not the Valentine’s Day but the momentous events were celebrated during the monthly meeting of the Agricultural Training Institute – Regional Training Center 02 (ATI-RTC 02). 

The ISO 9001:2008 certificate was finally handed to ATI-RTC 02, a proof of passing the ISO quality management system requirements.
