ATI Gears Towards ISO 9001:2015

DILIMAN, Quezon City — The success in the maintenance of the ISO 9001:2008 certification during the 2nd Third-Party Surveillance Audit of the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) now leads its Internal Quality Auditors to attend a training-workshop on ISO 9001:2015.

The activity aims to provide the participants a calibrated and enhanced knowledge and skills in compliance to the new version. This is also to prepare and equip them for the adaption and transition of the Institute and the seven expansion training centers to the ISO 9001:2015 by September 2018, 21.

Resource Person Alan Fabella, a freelance consultant on ISO Management Systems, talks about the Internal Audit Calibration, ISO 9001:2015 Practical Application and Root Cause Analysis. Fabella aims to equip these participants on planning and conducting effective internal audits.

This training-workshop is being held at the Rural Development Education Center in ATI Compound from February 20-23, 2017. Participants include Internal Quality Auditors of ATI- CO and its network of training centers in regions II, VI, VIII, XII, and CARAGA and International Center on Pig Husbandry (ITCPH).
