First, participants who are unhappy with the course because they were unable to pick up the intention of the training; second, participants who are unhappy but are unable to understand the purpose of the training; the third outcome, participants who appreciated the purpose of the training but only used the learning when required; and finally, the fourth, participants who understood the purpose of the training and make it a regular part of their routine.
