“To deliver quality services to our clientele, we need to assess the programs and activities we implemented last year and there is a need to plan our trainings for this year”.

This was an important statement that Training Center Superintendent II, Mr. Pat Andrew B. Barrientos said during the 2016 Annual Review and Assessment and Planning Workshop for 2017 on January 12-13, 2017 at ATI-MiMaRoPa Training Hall, Barcenaga, Naujan, Oriental Mindoro.

Project Evaluation Officer, Manilyn M. Tejada discussed the physical accomplishments for 2016 highlighting the ATI-MiMaRoPa’s conducted trainings with its corresponding actual number of participants trained. In her discussion, she reminded each focal person to make necessary corrections if they could see inaccuracy of the report. In general, she happily announced that all programs and activities targeted for 2016 were all accomplished.

Budget Officer, Ma. Camille D. Casubuan presented the financial accomplishments for 2016.
She expressed that the funds downloaded to ATI-MiMaRoPa from previous year were wisely utilized. Then, Planning Officer, Mel D. Manalo discussed the 2017 Target. He requested each focal person to finalize each commodity’s target including its venue and date of implementation to systematize the conduct of the trainings.

On the other hand, Administrative Aide, Mabhel B. Catle informed the Center’s staff in the importance of Records Management emphasizing on Records Disposition. She expressed that records should thoroughly maintain to preserve for future use especially that ATI-MiMaRoPa is preparing to become ISO compliant.

Moreover, Administrative Officer, Rona Lyn C. Peradilla facilitated the open forum. All issues and concerns among ATI-MiMaRoPa’s staff were raised and resolved by the end of the day.

“I am happy that every year, we are doing this kind of activity to discuss important matters related to the status of our programs and activities, as well as our working relationship with each other as employees of this institution. “I hope, like in previous years, tayo ay magtulungan at magtatrabaho bilang isang pamilya. Huwag nating kakalimutan ang ating iisang hangarin na makapagbigay ng quality extension services to our clients”, Mr. Barrientos ended.
