INSTITUTIONAL DEVELOPMENT

To be updated with various ATI programs, the ATI-ITCPH staff regularly attends planning workshops, Center Directors’ Fora and other ATI activities. The Center also conducts Mid-Year and Year-end Review and Planning Workshops. Accomplishments are reported and documented during the workshops.
Moreover, the ATI-ITCPH conducts regular monitoring and evaluation of its alumni to get feedback on the usefulness of the trainings they attended.


UPGRADING OF FACILITIES

To provide a conducive environment for learning and working , the ATI-ITCPH maintains and upgrades its facilities. These include the classrooms, function hall, dormitory, comfort rooms, audio-visual room, among others. This is made possible through financial support from the government and our partner institutions and companies.


HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT

Continuous staff development, either local or foreign is one of the benefits that the staff of ATI-ITCPH enjoys during their tenure at the Center. Funds for such professional development are included in its yearly Work and Financial Plan. It is up to the employee concerned to look for the appropriate training he/she needs.
