Celebrating Stories of Farmers, Fishers
As a tribute to its stakeholders, ATI launched six new publications that feature success stories in agriculture, tourist-friendly agricultural travel guide, technical guidance for monitoring extension programs, and the ATI five-year corporate plan.
OIC-Director Luz Taposok and Deputy Director Alfredo Aton led the launching ceremony. They were joined by the past directors and deputy directors of the Institute as well as the training centers superintendents. ATI staff from the Central Office and training centers, retirees, and partners from other agencies and organizations were also part of the momentous occasion.
Prior to the launching, a thanksgiving mass was held, followed by the blessing of ATI grounds and offices. Director Taposok and Deputy Director Aton also led the awarding of plaques of recognition to the Institute’s partner agencies and organizations and the awarding of ISO 9001:2008 certification to ATI training centers in Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), regions II, VI, VIII, XII, XIII, and the International Training Center for Pig Husbandry.
These activities were held last January 26, 2017 at the ATI Compound.
