The Farmers’ Contact Center (FCC) of the Philippine e-Extension Program at the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) in Diliman, Quezon City was visited by some participants of the Third Annual Meeting of the Global Forum for Rural Advisory Services (GFRAS) last September 27, 2012. The delegates primarily intended to be oriented about the program, specifically about the center as well as have a first-hand look on how it operates.
