ATI Prepares for Profiling, Masterlisting of RBO Members

MAJAYJAY, Laguna – The need to continuously update the databases of Rural-Based Organizations (RBOs) in the country is inherent as their memberships incessantly grow. Hence, the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) is set to support the initiative of RBO officers to update the profile of their respective organizations and members starting this year until 2018.

As the Celebration of Women Continues: ATI Holds Free Seminars on Various Agricultural Topics

QUEZON CITY – As of 9:10 AM, 186 participants have joined the simultaneous free seminars on various agriculture topics which is being held at Agricultural Training Institute, Diliman, Quezon City today, March 2, 2017.
As part of the week-long celebration of Women’s Month, the free seminars are in line with activity of the Agricultural Training Institute's (ATI) Women in Agriculture Symposium with the theme “Honoring Trailblazing Women in Agriculture” on February 28 – March 3, 2017.

Celebrating Women in Agriculture: ATI Opens Women's Month Celebration with Symposium

QUEZON CITY – A total of 84 participants attended the opening of Women in Agriculture Symposium on March 1, 2017 as part of the Agricultural Training Institute’s week-long celebration of Women’s Month held at Rural Development and Education Center, ATI Building, Elliptical Road, Diliman, Quezon City.
Rural women comprised of farmers, Rural Improvement Club members and extension workers joined the event which celebrated their contribution to the development of the agriculture sector in the country.

ATI Holds National Consultation and Planning Workshop for 4-H, Rural Based Organizations

DILIMAN, Quezon City--- “Let`s not think of awards or rewards but think of your constituents who can`t speak nor defend themselves that is why they trusted you to be their “voice” for whatever clamor they have concerning the organization.”

Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) Director Asterio Saliot addressed this message to the 46 regional Rural-Based Organizations (RBO) focal persons, Farm Youth Development Program (FYDP) coordinators, and selected national RBO officers during the 2015 National Consultation and Planning Workshop for 4-H and Rural-Based Organizations held recently.
