ATI, Partners Update Cost Standards for AFE

DILIMAN, Quezon City – To enhance the planning efficiency in Extension Support, Education and Training Services, the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) convened a core group discussion in updating the set cost standards in the delivery of agriculture and fisheries extension services.

ATI Holds Third Batch on Agriculture and Fishery Extension Strategic Planning for 2017-2022

DILIMAN, Quezon City---In order to develop the agriculture and fishery strategic plan for 2017-2022,Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) held the third batch of Training of Trainers on Agricultural and Fishery Extension Strategic Planning for 2017-2022.

The workshop was attended by participants from the different ATI Regional Training Centers and their partner state universities and colleges represented by their planning officers and technical staff.

ATI Convenes Middle Managers for AF Extension Policy Formulation and Development

DILIMAN, Quezon City---To ensure delivery of quality extension services in agriculture and fisheries, some 25 middle managers from the Department of Agriculture's (DA) attached bureaus and line agencies participated in a workshop on agriculture and fisheries policy formulation and development.

Now, the Philippines has been cited as one of the top 10 countries in the world with a high growth of e-learning revenues, and even cited our e-learning for agriculture and fisheries as one of the contributors in this aspect. In the report "The Asia Market for Self-paced e-Learning Products and Services: 2011-2016 Forecast and Analysis," Philippines is in seventh place in terms of high growth in e-learning. 
 

ATI Organizes Focused Discussions on AFE Results Map

e-Learning for Agriculture and Fisheries

The e-Learning for Agriculture and Fisheries is a major component of the Philippine's Department of Agriculture's e-Extension Program, with the ATI as the lead implementing agency, in collaboration with other government agencies, state universities and colleges and nongovernment organizations. The ATI likewise serves as the e-learning administrator, through its Knowledge Products Management Division (KPMD) together with its network of training centers.
