ATI Holds Third Batch on Agriculture and Fishery Extension Strategic Planning for 2017-2022

DILIMAN, Quezon City---In order to develop the agriculture and fishery strategic plan for 2017-2022,Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) held the third batch of Training of Trainers on Agricultural and Fishery Extension Strategic Planning for 2017-2022.

The workshop was attended by participants from the different ATI Regional Training Centers and their partner state universities and colleges represented by their planning officers and technical staff.

ATI Trains Middle Managers on Policy-Making to Strengthen AFE Services

DILIMAN, Quezon City -- To intensify the national agriculture and fisheries extension delivery system in the country, the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) recently convened the middle managers from the regional offices of the selected bureaus and attached agencies of the Department of Agriculture (DA) for a training on policy development.

DILIMAN, Quezon City -- The Agricultural Training Institute, in its aim for excellent quallity service for its target clientele, has realigned its extension programs and projects according to the Key Result Areas (KRA) as specified in Executive Order no. 43, Series of 2011.

The Institute's six thematic programs consisted of the following:

  • Enhancing Access to Agriculture and Fisheries Extension (AFE) Knowledge Products and Services
  • Strengthening Competitiveness and Capacities of the Agriculture and Fisheries Sector
