ATI, JICA Hold Technical Meeting on MALMAR Project

QUEZON CITY -- The urgency to implement the agricultural component of the existing Malitubog-Maridagao Irrigation Project prompted a technical meeting last January 17, 2014 called for by the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) to finalize the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) among the implementing agencies.
