 ATI conducts RBO and 4-H planning workshop in Caraga

     The Agricultural Training Institute- Regional Training Center (ATI-RTC) 13 successfully conducted the consultation and planning workshop for the Rural-Based Organization (RBO) and 4-H (Head, Heart, Hands, Health) programs. Said activity aims to discuss plans for 2017 implementation as well as the individual issues and concerns raised in each RBO members along with the possible recommendations. Presentations of RBO and 4-H accomplishments for 2016 was also highlighted during the activity also with the formulation of action plans.

     This was attended by twenty-nine (29) participants comprising RBO and 4-H provincial coordinators and regional officers in Caraga. Ms. Remedios C. Amilao Admin. Officer IV of ATI-Caraga welcomed participants during the opening program.

     Meanwhile, the regional and national 2017 program and activities was presented by Ms. Mary Jane E. Asubar, ATI-Caraga’s RBO Focal Person. Each RBO were grouped during the planning workshop wherein brainstorming and sharing of ideas were done for them to come up with unique plans and strategies to have an effective implementation of programs and other related activities.

     Moreover, training and other activities for 2018 were also planned to assist the needs of the organizations. Presentation of output follows and was agreed that in every activity, there will be two RBOs that will handle as partners.

     The 1-day activity was held in ATI- Caraga Training Building, Los Angeles, Butuan City on February 23, 2017.
