The ATI-RTC 5 held a turnover ceremony for the Office of the Center Director.
 Ms. Vivien V. Carable received from recently-retired Center Director Dr. Efren Sabularse the symbolic key representing the authority and responsibilities of the office. Currently appointed as a Training Center Superintendent I, Ms. Carable will serve as the officer-in-charge (OIC).

After 4 decades of public service, Dr. Efren Sabularse bowed out of public service upon reaching mandatory retirement age of 65. He had served for 12 years as ATI-RTC 5 Center Director.
