As ATI Officer-in-Charge (OIC) Director Luz Taposok recently graced the Blessing and Inauguration Ceremony of the newly renovated Administrative Building, Training Hall and Dormitory in ATI Region XI, she echoed the necessity to invest in conducive learning venues.
