DIADI, Nueva Vizcaya. The 4H Garden in the School was formally launched in Diadi National High School last October 15, 2018.
“Isip Mayaman Salitang Mayaman, Gawang Mayaman,” a guiding principle most remembered by Ms. Ayrin Llorin, owner of Cortijo de Palsabangon, Pagbilao, Quezon, in continuously improving her farm operations. Ms. Llorin was one of the participants in the Enhancement Course in Accessing Financing for Agribusiness Development.
SIQUIJOR - In response to the growing problem on human health as far as agriculture is concerned and to basically explain why awareness on food safety now becomes a global trend, thus, the Agricultural Training Institute in Central Visayas conducted a one-day Aflatoxin and Awareness on Food Safety at the IE Suits, Poblacion, Siquijor this province on October 11, 2018.

TUBOD, Lanao del Norte---Up-to-date information, and new agriculture and fisheries technologies are now within reach for Tubod farmers through their Farmers Information Technology Services( FITS) Center, as a knowledge resource center, and extension and education support in the municipality.
BOHOL. - In support to the easy access on financing programs of the Department of Agriculture (DA), the Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center VII (ATI 7) in collaboration with Agricultural Credit Policy Council (ACPC) conducted “ A Peso a Day is Ok: A Financial Literacy Training” to the provinces of Bohol and Negros Oriental.
CEBU CITY - Some thirty (30) urban women successfully completed the three-day Training on Urban Agriculture with Learning Site Establishment held on September 25-27, 2018 at Palm Grass Hotel, this city.
Tuguegarao City. After six-month training on Integrated Crop Management Corn-based Farming System (ICM-CBFS) for agricultural extension workers, 27 agricultural extension workers from different provinces and 484 farmers graduated from the said course.

This is where risk assessment and action planning come in. It helps an organization manage the risks and take actions to minimize, if not eliminate, risks.
Borongan City, E. Samar - The journey to financial literacy continues for 27 farmers and members of associations who are borrowers and would-be borrowers of PUNLA or Production Loan Easy Access (PLEA) of the Agricultural Credit Policy Council (ACPC).
ANTIPOLO CITY, RIZAL- A total of 173 participants from Antipolo City, and nearby provinces attended the free seminar on Urban Gardening on October 10, 2018. The participants were farmers and farming enthusiasts.
MAROGONG, Lanao Del Sur- Corn and cassava are one of the staple foods in the Philippines aside from rice. In Lanao Del Sur the average corn consumption was estimated at 4.38 kilograms and cassava posted the highest consumption at 3.15 kilograms per person a year, respectively base on food consumption statistic.
PATNANUNGAN, Quezon- It was a meaningful and memorable day for farmers and fisher folks in the municipality as they complete the training on Farm Business School (FBS) under the AGRIBUHAY (AGRIkultura and KaBUHAYan) project of the ATI Regional Training Center (RTC) IV-A alongside the Farmers’ Information Technology Services (FITS) Center launching.
NEGROS ORIENTAL. Eleven 4-H Youth Regional Officers and 4-H Coordinator successfully completed the five-day Sensing Journey to Indigenous People's (IP) Community in Canggohob, Mabinay this province on September 4-6, 2018.
TALACOGON, Agusan del Sur - The three-day Training on Vegetable Production for Indigenous People (IP) was conducted at Barangay Desamparados, Talacogon, Agusan del Sur. The training was in participated by 30 IPs.
LALA, Lanao del Norte—With Rice as one of the Banner Programs of the Department of Agriculture (DA), intensive research and development efforts and initiatives have been done to improve the technology on hybrid rice production and productivity to feed the growing population of the Filipinos.
CALAMBA, Misamis Occidental---To counter the low rice yield in some areas in Misamis Occidental, the Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center X (ATI-RTC X) has designed an intervention appropriate to such incident such as the Technology Updating for the Agricultural Extension Workers in the 4th to 6th Class Municipalities.
