Yellow team and pink team enjoyed 'Catch the Tail' game during the ATI 32nd Anniversary collaborative learning activity.

Pagadian City - To develop and strengthen camaraderie and teamwork of the ATI 9 Personnel, the Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center IX celebrated the ATI 32nd Anniversary with a collaborative learning activity termed as Larong Pinoy.

All personnel regardless of position, actively participated the half day activity. The activities were paper relay, dodge ball, catch the tail, pinoy henyo, paint me a picture, message relay and the highlight of the event was the false gay.

The center initiated this activity for recreation and as a reward to the staff for the untiring efforts extended for the betterment of the organization. It was an avenue for a more effective and efficient individuals in dealing different situations in the workplace.

Everyone joined the activity showed eagerness and really enjoyed the game despite of the challenges. It was a kind of exercise where the employees felt being a childlike, and also to relieve stress from work.

Teamwork and camaraderie of each staff was very important to achieve the common goal which is to complete the game. And one of the important lesson the employees have learned during the activity was proper communication to know the right direction. Above all, what matters most is the spirit of sportsmanship.

The said activity was facilitated by Mr. John Arries C. Lim 4H Club Regional President who worked in the City Agriculture Office of Pagadian City and it was successfully fulfilled last January 29, 2019 in the center respectively./Marissa P. Paredes
