OIC Center Director Ms. Alicia Rose D. Nebreja pledged her support during the commitment signing of 4-H Club Programs of Region IX

I will always be available for the 4-H Club

These are the words that our participants expressed when asked what word instantly came into their minds as they were holding the letters during the commitment exercise of the 2019 Regional 4-H Consultation, Assessment and Planning held on February 20, 2019 at Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay.

The commitment to serve and support the Region IX 4-H Club is strongly felt as the commitment signing took place. Confident to carry out and support the 4-H Club program of the region, optimistic on the future of the 4-H youth, coordinators as mothers and mentors who continually guide the 4-H youth, moments to share and wonderful memories to cherish in the organization, “I will always make myself available for the 4-H Club”, by VLAP Regional President Renefe M. Tremedal, to devote time for the club, to exert extra effort to give magical and sustainable works for the 4-H Club in Isabela City, enthusiastic on the different programs and activities of the club, to build a network of hopeful young farmers, leaders and entrepreneurs, and trust that the 4-H Club will continue to bloom and grow in the coming years in the hands of the active and supportive 4-H coordinators and the Department of Agriculture.

The yearly activity spearheaded by our newly installed OIC-Center Director Alicia Rose D. Nebreja was a success. Twenty (20) Provincial/Regional 4-H and VLAP Officers, DA-RFO IX Regional 4-H Coordinator, and Provincial/City 4-H Coordinators from Isabela and Zamboanga City, as well as from the provinces of Zamboanga del Sur, Zamboanga del Norte, and Zamboanga Sibugay participated the said activity.

The consultative meeting aims to provide updates on 4-H Club programs and guidelines among participants, and to plan and assess future activities for the smooth implementation of the different programs of ATI. –Glo Anne N. Darunday
