PAGADIAN CITY - To review and summarize the accomplishments of 2018 and to discuss proposed activities in 2019, the Agricultural Training Institute – Regional Training Center IX (ATI-RTC IX) conducted the 2018 Performance Review and 2019 Operational Planning on January 17-18, 2019 at ATI-RTC IX Function Hall, Oval Complex, Sagun St., San Francisco District, Pagadian City.
The activity aims to present performance results, to share successes and concerns, to discuss strengths and areas for improvement related to both position-specific responsibilities, general performance, and to set goals for 2019.
The first day started with the opening program, Ms. Neddie M. Jumawan, DR. Dev. opened the activity with her message. Then, Ms. Alicia Rose D. Nebreja, Officer-in-charge Center Director gave her message. She encouraged everyone to deliver quality output “with a heart”.
Then followed by the 2018 Assessment and Review started by the Administration and Finance Section, then Regular Programs and Commodities Focal Persons, Information Services Section and Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Section. Each focal person was given their time to talk and express what are expected from them including their catch up plans.
After the assessment was the Operational Planning for 2019, where each Focal Persons presented their Work and Financial Plan, Schedule of activities and Innovations to be implemented.
The second day was the continuation of the presentation per focal person. The activity was concluded by the presentation of the Directions for 2019 by the OIC – Center Director, Ms. Alicia Rose D. Nebreja.
This activity is a jumpstart for the RTC’s efforts to be better and more improve this year with the new administration.
