Baybay City, Leyte - As an ISO 9001:2015 certified organization, ATI 8 aims for continuous improvement of its extension programs and services. Hence, it conducts management reviews twice a year. Management reviews are done to evaluate the effectiveness of the Center’s Management System so as to assess how suitable and adequate it is vis-à-vis the Center’s goals.
Through the activity, the management and all members of the Center were made aware of the changes that had transpired inside and outside the organization. Targets and the accomplishments were reported. Established procedures and processes were also discussed in relation to the accomplishment of the targets.
With the frequent monitoring of the Center’s goals, non-conformities were identified and actions were taken. However, agreements were still put in place for the subsequent monitoring of corrective and preventive actions. It was also an opportune time for the Center’s DCC to give updates about documents and forms.
Led by Dr. Vilma M Patindol, ATI 8 Center Director, the Management Review was conducted on December 17-18, 2018 at ATI 8, VSU, Baybay City, Leyte.
