BANGA, Aklan - Taking the next step to “Masaganang Ani, Mataas na Kita” of Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF), as 27 participants composed of 20 Agricultural Extension Workers (AEWs) and seven Learning Site (LS) Operators from the provinces of Aklan, Antique, and Capiz took part in the Training of Trainers on Modernized Production of High Quality Inbred Rice and Seeds.
