SELECTED FITS REPRESENTATIVES MEET UP FOR TGP YEAR-START PLANNING WORKSHOP

FITS Representatives attentively listen to the instructions regarding the implementation of the TechnoGabay Program in their respective municipality.

BANGA, Aklan – Selected representatives of Farmers’ Information and Technology Services (FITS) Center specifically FITS Managers in Region 6 gather for a year-start planning on January 16, 2020 at ATI Training Hall, ASU Compound, Banga, Aklan.

Among the major activities agreed by the group are as follows: the conduct of provincial planning workshops, implementation of capability building trainings on technology documentation, as well as training for product development of the Magsasaka Siyentista. Lastly, the group came up with a template/proforma for the FITS Center’s accomplishment reports and agreed to submit such reports quarterly.

Ms. Nicolasita G. Gallego, Section Chief of the ATI Region 6’s Information Services Section reminded the group to lobby support from the Local Chief Executive (LCE) of their respective municipality for the implementation of the Techno Gabay Program.

Dr. Eden DLR. Bautista congratulated the FITS representatives for their successful implementation of the program despite of the voluminous workloads in their respective offices. She likewise thanked them for their continued support in the implementation of the Techno Gabay Program (TGP) in the region.
