LOS ANGELES, Butuan City – On its second week of airing online, the Internet-Based Intervention for the Development of Agriculture Ng ATI Ngayon (i-BIDA nATIn) of ATI-RTC 13 has surpassed its target of 100 online learners after a total of 105 have registered for the webinar series after airing only on its second week.
