KORONADAL CITY - The ingredients of success in any endeavor or organization are harmony, unity, and teamwork. A farm’s success also adheres to these goals. Farms have always been managed by a family where if each member shares the same vision, success can be achieved.

To promote the camaraderie, and to strengthen the relationships between each member of the Rural-Based Organization (RBO) family, the Agricultural Training Institute XII (ATI XII), spearheaded the realization of the 1st Regional Farm Family Congress in Region XII.

The activity served as an avenue to convey existing relevant, and useful farming technologies. Sharing of best practices among co-members was showcased for families in attendance to gain new practices in their respective farms. A total of 100 RBO members were present to learn from each other through shared experiences.

The congress was held on June 28-29, 2018 at Villa Amor Hotel, Koronadal City and was graced by ATI’s National Director, Director Luz A. Taposok.
