TANTANGAN, South Cotabato- In an effort to harmonize the implementation of the Halal Program for the year 2020, the ATI Halal Focal Persons together with the ATI-ITCPH gathered for a 3-day Halal Food Industry Development Program (HFIDP) Consultation Planning Workshop at ATI-RTC XII, Tantangan South Cotabato from February 27 to 29, 2020.
ATI-RTC XII Center Director Abdul I. Daya-an welcomed the participants from ATI-Regional Training Centers IX, X, XI, XII and ATI-ITCPH. Daya-an, he said that the center is honoured to host the HFIDP Consultation Planning Workshop.
The said activity is an avenue for the halal focal persons to discuss the execution of FY 2020 Workplan, Review and Finalize Workplan for 2021, and preparation of the Proposed Workplan for FY 2022.
Among the participants from the center were Assistant Center Director Jessie V. Beldia, Ph.D, Partnership and Accreditation Services Section Chief Ms Shirley Beldia, Training Specialist II Engr. Mokles P. Buisan and other selected staff. ATI-ITCPH Planning Officer II Ms Margarita S. Crizaldo also presented the objectives and overview of the activity for the said activity. On the last day of the workshop the participants visited the Adopt-a-Halal-Farm Project in Region 12.
