Research Grant: Call for Proposals

Calling all interested Filipino researchers from the government, non-government, state colleges and universities and/or private sector.  The Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) is now accepting research proposals for possible funding support on the following program area:
e-learning Component of the e-Extension Program for Agriculture and Fisheries

With ATI as the lead implementing agency, the e-learning component of the Department of Agriculture's e-Extension Program has been offering online courses on various commodities on agriculture and fisheries since 2007. Five five courses, the Program now offers 25 online courses that were developed in collaboration with other government institutions and state colleges and universities in the country.
The Program is continuously being promoted nationwide and has reached more than 10,000 internet users based on teh number of registered users at the e-learning portal.
With this, there is a need to gauge the effectiveness of the e-Extension Program through distance education among its targeted clientele through a RESULTS EVALUATION STUDY.   Hence, this call for proposal.

Announcement/Call for Proposal: 4 April 2012
Deadline for Receipt of Intent to Apply: 30 April 2012
Deadline for Receipt of Full Proposal: 15 May 2012
Project Start Date: 30 June 2012
