Invitation to Bid for the Repair and Rehabilitation of Function Hall & Cafeteria for ATI Central Office
QUEZON CITY -- The Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) through the 2016 General Appropriations Act invites bid for the supply of labor and materials for the repair and rehabilitation of its function hall and cafeteria with the approved budget contract amounting to Php 17 million.
The intended function hall and cafeteria is located at the back of the ATI's main building near the Rural Development Education Center Building. Completion of the Works is required for 270 calendar days.
Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II: Instructions to Bidders.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criertion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act.
Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens / sole proprietorships, partnerships or organizations with at least 75 percent interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from the ATI BAC Secretariat and inspect the Bidding Documents from February 9 to 16, 2016 during ATI office hours.
Pre-Bid Conference for this project will be on February 17, 2016, 1:30 pm at Serrano Hall, ATI Central Office, Elliptical Road, Diliman, Quezon City which shall be open only to all interested parties who have purchased the Bidding Documents. Bids must be delivered to ATI on or before February 29, 2016, 10:00 am, accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in the ITB Clause 18.
