These were some of the things that Dr. Amy Gonzales-Eguia underscored during the Free Seminar on Swine Production and Meat Processing. Dr. Eguia is a Training Specialist of the Agricultural Training Institute’s International Training Center on Pig Husbandry (ATI-ITCPH).

DILIMAN, Quezon City — The Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) takes another opportunity to underscore the agriculture and fisheries in the Philippines. This time, to some Bangladeshi government officials headed by the Secretary of the Ministry of Food (MAF) during a briefing-orientation in the Learning and Discovery (LeAD) Center and Agriculture and Fisheries Knowledge Resource Center on May 31, 2017.

 The Philippine Association of Agriculturists Inc. (PAA), the accredited professional organization for the agriculture sector by the Philippine Regulatory Commission, will be conducting its 5th National Congress and 2017 Philippine Agriculturists’ Summit on July 16-19, 2017 at Villa Caceres Hotel, Naga City, Camarines Sur. 

Around 500 professional agriculturists from the local government units, academe, national government agencies and the private sector all over the country who are members of the association are expected to participate in this event.
